It’s a low-intensity, high-stakes Lolita homage disguised as a disaster film in a sequel that even Keanu Reeves knew to skip, in Speed 2, a film that safely plays by the rules and doesn’t take any unnecessary chances! Thrill as Willem Dafoe tries again and again to mildly annoy human charisma-suck Jason Patric, including the slowest jetski chase ever filmed, the punniest harbor-crashing sequence, a man breaking not one but two arms, and a vacationing Sandra Bullock as herself.
